Which pass best for Nikko 2015/8/9 03:47
please help ... I am in complete confusion.
I was planning to August 28 to go to Nikko. we stay near Shinjuku. we would leave early (even at 6 is fine) so you can be the first to Nikko and we can see all the places with calm and to extend the visit to other places.
in addition to the time (all) were planning to see the waterfalls after which according to the remaining time we will opt if heading to the village of Edomura or towards Watarase Scenic Railway ....
not knowing what time you should go back to the Jr or the Tobu (the JRL mopping activate after that date). with what we could save with combinations train-temples, bus falls?

If you are going out to see the waterfalls, then the All Nikko Pass is best, as besides trains it covers the buses all the way out to Yumoto Onsen: http://www.tobu.co.jp/foreign/pass/all_pass.html

There's no tickets that cover the cost of temple entry, you'll need to pay for entrance to them individually.

No. It does not cover the buses, at all.

The basics about the pass are explained here:
