Hitachi Seaside Park

Hi Good Evening,

I would like to visit flower park from Tokyo.
Which is more worthwhile going :
1) Tambara Lavender Park or
2) Hitachi seaside park

Would like to see either lavender (which may not be so much left) or sunflower.

Looks like right now, the lavender are still nicer.
