Yokoso Osaka Ticket

We will arrive in Kansai Airport @ 8pm and will stay in Hotel Sunplaza Sakai. If I purchase the yokoso osaka ticket, will it stop at Sakai Station? Which is cheaper Yokosa osaka ticket or Nankai Airport Express?

The train stops at Sakai in between the airport and Namba, but the Yokoso Osaka Ticket does not allow you to get off there.
