3-day, 1900-yen Tokyo Subway Ticket

May I know can I purchase Tokyo subway ticket 3days of Y1900 at Haneda airport for later use only? I saw some comment saying we can buy and start using in the later days. But when I called to Keikyu at +81-3-5789-8686, i was told that the validity date start from the date I purchase. Can I buy for example on Monday, but start using it on Wednesday?

By the way, if it is not possible, I understand that I can buy it at Bic Camera, is the price the same in Bic Camera with Haneda Airport?

You are talking about "WELCOME! Tokyo Subway Ticket," for 3 days at 1,900 yen?

Apparently it's a package of Keikyu's "Haneda International Terminal Station - Sengakuji" one-way ticket PLUS the Tokyo Metro & Toei subway pass (for 3 days), so you need to start using it upon arrival at Haneda into central Tokyo.

The "regular" Tokyo Subway Ticket" for 3 days at 1,500 yen should be OK for later use, but this does not give you the Keikyu ride. And you need to contact Tokyo Metro or Toei about THIS ticket:
