JTB with English-speaking support in Tokyo?

Hi!
I need to book some advance tickets/accommodations, and I would like to do it in JTB (many friends of mine recommended it) but the closest one around my area does not speak any English. Would you know any JTB branch with possible English-language support?
I live in Tokyo, so anywhere around Tokyo, I'm willing to visit.

I used to work for JTB, only few people make themselves understood in English. So I recommend that you call stations and hotels directly. I think it is more likely that you can get information you need.
