JDM stores in Japan - Tokyo/Osaka/Yokohama

I will be going to Japan in September and I would like to get few parts for my Honda DC5. So far I found these stores in Tokyo:

Spoon/Type One
Bee Racing
Nismo HQ
Up Garage
Super Autobacs

What else would you recommend? I will be going to Tokyo, Osaka, Yokohama. I'm looking for stores close by metro or bus.

For a few on the ones listed these are more specialist tuner garages as opposed to shops to buy full goods,

If you are planning to go to these shops, please ensure you have contacted them prior or built up a good rapport before going just to take pictures and say that you have attended.
It would be quite rude not to do this as you need to remember that this is their place of work and is quite difficult when they have to babysit the amount of foreigners that go for this reason.

Not being rude, but two of the shops listed are my friends and I know how bad it can get for them when people turn up with no intent of buying anything.

I went to Super Autobacs Shinonome yesterday, and I can say theres nothing much for Honda other than emblems, rad/gas caps of mugen/spoon, small stuffs and keychains.
They however do have lots of stuff for the BRZ and 86.
Up garage is the better bet, but not each shop has the same item
