Hello!

I will be in Tokyo 29 sep to 4 oct.
Is there anywhere I can see the the first autumn leaves near Tokyo that period of the year?

There are no colors "near" Tokyo. The closest place are the high altitudes of the Northern Japan Alps (around 2500 meters), such as Mount Norikura and the Tateyama Kurobe Alpen Route:
