27/10 morning, i will take the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Odawara station. Spend a night at Sengokuhara Hakone.
28/10, travel to Mt Fuji & Lake Kawaguchi. In the evening, go to Shinagawa.

Do i need to reserve the seat in advance.

Can i just buy the ticket from Shin-Osaka station on the day / time to travel from Shin-Osaka to Odawara for un-reserved seat.
Would the Shinkansen be fully booked most of the time ?
