dear sirs: i will be visiting Tokyo on september 2015, days 20 to 22 (three days). Since these are all national holidays, i would like to know which visits i should avoid in those days. Thank you

Attractions will be open. People travel a lot on holidays, so tourist places always stay open. You don't need to avoid any due to closings.
If you want to avoid crowded places, it may be difficult. This year that holiday is a long one, so people are traveling all over the country. If you don't have hotel reservations, you may be confined to daytrips from your current location or wherever you are able to find a hotel.
