Kamaishi to Miyako

Kamaishi to Miyako

I'm trying to figure out the best way to go from Kamaishi to Miyako and the original plan was to use this bus since I read the train between the two towns is still suspended.

But I was looking on the JR east site and saw this page as well as the route still listed on the map.

Is this another bus or something else?

The lower link you posted is the timetable of JR Morioka station for Yamada line, but the trains listed terminate at as far as Miyako. From Miyako to Kamaishi is still suspended, and there are substitute buses as shown your upper link.
