Sadly, I cannot predict the weather or the future.
But if the weather changes in Japan stays as it is, you would have a wonderful 18 Nov.

I have spent several Novembers in Kyoto ; 18 - 19 Nov would be a good timing for koyo. You will have a good selection of places to visit, not only Tokufuji.
