I will would like to visit Hiroshima and will be coming from Manila . Which airport is nearer Hiroshima, Fukuoka or Osaka

The obvious:
Hiroshima Airport to central Hiroshima: 45 minutes, 1340 yen by airport bus
Fukuoka Airport to central Hiroshima: 90 minutes, around 9000 yen by subway and shinkansen
Osaka Airport to Hiroshima: a long and expensive journey

Also, in both cases there are JR West passes which may be advantageous; the Hiroshima-Yamaguchi pass from Fukuoka and the Kansai-Hiroshima pass from Osaka.

The question could be:
Is Hiroshima, Fukuoka, or Kansai Airport the nearest to Manila.
Or is Fukuoka or Kansai Airport nearer to Hiroshima.
The answer to both would be Fukuoka.
