Large Shoe Size?

I'm a woman with a very large foot, size 11. I've heard that even size 8's have problems buying shoes in Japan... Are there any places to buy shoes my size, or should I bring a lot from home? I would just try men's shoes but they don't really make 4 inch heels for guys!!!!

UK/US size 11 is impossible to find in JP. You better to bring your own shoes. UK 8.5 or US 9 sizes are the max in JP.
