Fuji Hakone Pass 3 days

Hi…
My travel plan is
1 st day: Shinjuku - Mt. Fuji (Kawaguchiko station)
2 nd day: kawaguchiko station - Gotemba - Hakone
3 rd day: Hakone - Shinjuku
My Questions :
1. Fuji Hakone Free Pass isn’t include the bus from shinjuku to kawaguchiko station, it is right? but can use for discount highway bus fare.
2. I have to extra buy Retro bus coupon (1,200 Yen / 2 days) for sightseeing unlimited ride at kawaguchiko lake
3. the 2 nd day from kawaguchiko station to Gotemba (Fujikyu Bas ) and then change bus to Hakone (Odakyu bus)…. for Free???
4. the 3 rd day, that mean i have 3 ways to go back shinjuku;
4.1 take Hokone tone train from Gora to odowara and change to Odakyu railway to shinjuku , not extra charge?
4.2 Reserve Romance car ( 870 Yen)
4.3 take bus (have anyone please give me more information about bus to shinjuku)
Do i understand corrected?

The pass allows travel from tokyo to fuji lakes, then to hakone, and then to Tokyo. It also allows travel on buses within fuji 5 lakes. Do read the webpage for more details.
