Doraemon Special Stamps

Hi.
Does anyone if Japan Post still sells these special stamps :

It seems as if they'll sell through November 16th with a delivery date beginning on January 28, 2016. I translated the Chinese page using Google, so I had to decipher it a bit. I don't know if it's fully accurate.

This is a pre-order type stamp set which include 10 stams, 1 Doraemon figure and 1 piece of Doraemon clear folder with the price of 4,000 Yen.
The reservation begins from 16 Sep till 19 Nov. The pre-order reservation only item. Not available at post offices.
The good is delivered from 28 Jan 2016.

This Sanrio greeting stamp(Hello Kitty, Kiki rara and My melody) may available at JP post offices while stock last(the sales started from 21 Aug 2015).
