Bus from Yoshino station to Oku Senbon

Hi
By mid of November, which part of Mt Yoshino in Nara is best to see the Momiji color ?
Can anyone please suggest the bus time table from Yoshino station to Oku Senbon ?
If I have about 2-3 hour there, is it enough to take a bus to Oku Senbon, and then walk back to the rope way, then take the rope way back to the railway station ?
