We would like to go Asahikawa from New Shin-Chitose airport. 1.Can we purchase the super Kamui's S-kippu Four (Y9,680/rd.) at Shin-Chitose aiport's international terminal Transportation Information counter? Or we can only purchase it at Sapporo station?
