Hi,
A bit simple question maybe but I am a bit confused about where to send suitcases from Kansai Airport. In the map of Kansai Airport there are two places, one near the south exit (JAL ABC) and one near the north (Kansai Airport Baggage Service). On Kuroneko transport page there is a map saying I should go from the south exit. I cannot use the north exit as well?

When you send your baggage from the airport to your hotel, you can use both north and south on 1st floor. If you send it from your hotel to the airport, the baggage will arrive at JAL ABC on 4th floor south. That must be your confusion.
