No; the nearest station is Maihama, which is accessible only by JR train.

There is no Tokyo Metro station in Tokyo Disney Resort.

Tokyo Disneyland Station on Disney Resort Line, which is a monorail line, is the station which is closest to Tokyo Disneyland.

Among Tokyo Metro stations, Shin-kiba Station (Y-24) is closest.

Shin-kiba Station (Y-24) on Tokyo Metro on Yurakucho Line and Shin-Kiba Station on JR Keiyo Line are adjacent to each other, and they have ticket gates on the same floor.

You can make a transfer to JR Keiyo Line in Shin-Kiba and take a train departing at Track 1 for several minutes to Maihama.

The one-way JR fare from Shin-Kiba is 160 yen per adult (= 12-or-more-yaer-old) passenger if you travel with a paper ticket or 154 yen if you settle your payment with an IC transportation card.

Or, you can make a transfer from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line to JR Keiyo Line in Hatchobori.
There is a brief pathway with one short staircase between Tokyo Metro Hatchobori Station (H-11) and JR Hatchobori Station.
https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/stations/e1236.html
JR trains (except Commuter Rapid trains) departing at Track 1 from Hatchobori Station are scheduled to make a stop at Maihama Station in about 10 to 15 minutes.
The one-way JR fare from Hatchobori is 220 yen per adult (= 12-or-more-yaer-old) passenger if you travel with a paper ticket or 216 yen if you settle your payment with an IC transportation card.

After getting off a JR train at Maihama Station, you can get out via South Gate, turn to the left and walk on a brief pathway to Resort Gateway Station on Disney Resort Line.
