Hi
1.Can I check what is the difference of Minatomirai Ticket and Yokohama-Minatomirai Pass ? The latter seems to be unlimited and cheaper?
2.If I stay in Oku, can I use Yokohama-Minatomirai Pass as well?
3. Alternatively, can I use Tokunai Pass to Oku station?

Hello.
Minatomirai ticket and Yokohama Minatomirai Pass is both including Minatomirai line free ticket.
In addition to this,Minatomirai ticket includes Tokyu line round trip ticket,Yokohama Minatomirai Pass includes JR Negishi line free ticket from Yokohama statiotion to Sinsugita station.
Oku station is not covered by Yokohama Minatomirai Pass,because Oku station is the station of JR Utsunomiya line.

If you go Yokohama area,Tokunai Pass covers from Oku station to JR Kamata station.
It doesn't cover beyond JR Kamata station,you have to pay extra fee roghly 200-300yen from Kamata station to Yokohama station.
