Cost of living in saytama

How much is the cost of living in saytama for one year for me and my wife and 2 years saughter . And how much is tenting place for us thank you verry much for your help

It depends on your lifestyle of course, but the average annual income in Saitama is around 4.6 million yen (including tax etc.).
Considering this it will cost around 300,000 per month roughly.

Is this before or after tax?

If you live alone, maybe \180,000-250,000 per month.
Annual salary of new graduates from university is around \3,000,000 in Tokyo (including tax) and many of residents in Saitama commute to Tokyo.

Without renting room, it may be \100,000-150,000 per month.
