Mid-Jan 2016 weather - Chitose Airport

Hello,

My trip to Hokkaido is coming up in a little over couple months. On Jan 16, I will be taking ANA domestic flight (not LCC flight) from Kansai to Chitose in the morning 8AM. I was wondering how likely Chitose shuts down runway due to bad winter weather and my flight becomes cancelled? I don't mind some delay, cancellation will severely mess up my schedules.

Is there any website I can check the past record of Chitose closes its runways?

Should I even be worried about this or am I being too paranoid? I need to get to certain place for very important matter. I really can't afford flight cancellation on that day.
