Is there still a Fukuoka Downtown One-Day Pass for bus (not train) travel priced at 620 yen for adults or 1440 yen for family?

Yes, as noted in the links above. But it really depends on your itinerary. A lot of the best in the city can be accessed just by taking the subway - in which case, the subway day pass would suit you just fine.

For the combo of bus and subway, the Fukuoka Tourist City Pass might be a better way to go:

Note though that one misconception is that all the buses in the city are covered on the pass, like all the subway lines - but that is not so. The lines on the edges of the city are not covered.
You also might look at the 100 yen bus for the downtown area.
