Luggage Delivery Service CTS-Sapporo

Greetings.
I will be arriving Chitose airport in noon time on Dec 24. On arriving, my family would like to travel light to elsewhere without the luggage, 1x72cm and 2x60cm.
It would be nice if we could engage a delivery service to deliver the luggage to Hotel Best Western Fino in Sappaoro. My family can then take a train to Sapporo and pick them up from the Hotel after we finish our rounds in the evening(hopefully the luggage will be there by then).
I was given this name yTebura-Jaran-Binzbut am not sure if they speak English, and their charges.
Any advice from kind souls out there?
