From Kyoto to KIX international airport.Can I use Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass on LTD. EXP HARUKA 43 train?.

Yes, you can! However, if you take a Haruka train (the recommended way), you have to use unreserved seats. All the basics are explained here:

That's mean if I use haruka train from Kyoto to KIX via this JR pass.I don't need to transit the train at osaka station, Right?

That is correct. There is a direct train.
