Hi im planning to Tateyama Alpine route to explore, tomorrow. I currently stay in Toyama so there's no choice but to start it from Tateyama. I wonder does the entire route open on November 20 2015?
I have visited official site of Tateyama Alpine route but it confused me with the info.
Since I only want to go one way (Tateyama - Shinano Omachi) I also wonder about baggage delivery.
Is there any info regarding that matters?

Tateyama Kurobe Alpen Route is opened until 30 Nov 2015 while the weather is fine.
The luggages exceed more than 10 kg per item will be charged 100-300 Yen(Tateyama cablecar will not be charged). You need to buy a luggage ticket to bring in.
