Kawachi Fuji Garden and Naito River Park

I want to go to kawachi Fuji garden for wisteria. travel agent quoted me Naito river park. Are they the same place?

Never heard and can't find same/similar park/land/tourist spot name.

Kawachi Fuji Garden is "�͓��" in Japanese(as Kanji letter)
�� means river
�� means inside
�� means wisteria
�� means garden/park

But reading "��" is "Naito(u)" usual as Japanese Last/Sir/Family name.
