Can I reserved a Shinkansen seat in Haneda airport after exchanging my JR 7 days pass?

The exchange of the rail pass is possible between 7:45 and 18:30. You can reserve JR tickets at the same place. Outside of these hours, you cannot exchange the pass at the airport, but I think there is still a counter where you can make reservations for JR trains (at least at the domestic terminals there are such counters).
