Counter in Nagoya station to keep luggage

I have gotten a reply from this forum that there is a counter in Nagoya train station to handle/keep luggage (i am not referring to coin locker). I need more information like what is the opening and closing hours and what is the cost for big luggage?

I'm sorry for the wrong information I described.
There was a luggage check counter in Nagoya station before, however it had been closed.
So, there is no counter except for coin lockers in Nagoya station.
Sorry for in convenience again.
