Fan convector replacement

Hi, I have a boiler and pump which feeds hot water to my fan convector for room heating. I'm looking to replace the fan convector as it is not outputting much hot air even though the water temperature is 80 degrees C, it probably only increase the temperature about 5 degrees C. I cannot find anything online. Anyone knows what it is called in Japan and if it's available in hardware shops? Here is a link to the photos of existing unit: http://imgur.com/a/935LB Thanks
