Hi,
I'll be heading to matsumoto in mid dec 2015, and i planned to go to alps park from matsumoto station. but i can't find the bus route and time schedule. as far as i know the town sneaker bus is not going there :(

to go back to matsumoto station I will grab a taxi. Is it difficult to grab taxi from alpspark?

the alps are a huge place and can be VERY deserted at some locations, so you better agree on someone picking you up, unless you go to big famous onsen places
