Using Suica card to pay for Shinkansen Nozomi 2015/12/1 00:21
I have a Suica and wonder if I can use it to travel between Tokyo-Kyoto in the Nozomi. Thanks

You can use the money on it to buy tickets, however.

Both are correct.

You cannot touch by Suica card at Tokyo and Kyoto stn both Shinkansen's "ticket gates".
But you can purchase shinkansen's "ticket" of Nozomi at vending machine with IC sticker.

Now, newest type with Chinese and Korean menu button and navigation voice by English.
