At Marunouchi Station of Meitetsu (in Kiyosu City), only Local trains make a stop.
And, Meitetsu trains departing from Central Japan International Airport Station do
not run as far as to Marunouchi Station.
So, when you travel by Meitetsu lines to Marunouchi Station, you should change trains at least once.
You can make a fare adjustment at Marunouchi Station of Meitetsu by showing your ticket and paying 230 yen for Meitetsu Nagoya -- Marunouchi; maybe you should pay only the gap between the fares, which is 70 yen.

If your hotel is located actually near subway Marunouchi Station (in Nagoya City), you can
walk from Meitetsu Nagoya Station's North Ticket Gate to subway Nagoya Station's East Wicket,
purchase a subway ticket at 200 yen
and take a subway train (in the direction of Tokushige) for a few minutes
on Sakura-dori Line from Nagoya (S-02) to (S-04) Marunouchi.
The above-mentioned transfer between Meitetsu and subway includes going down one or two staircases.
You can avoid staircases and use elevators if you take a little roundabout route
from Meitetsu Nagoya Station's West Ticket Gate
via Meitetsu Department Store and JR Nagoya Station's concourse
to subway Nagoya Station's West Wicket.
