The grounds, temples and shrines will be open. The museums and zoo will be closed. More info here:

Btw, please search this site for the locations you want to visit. Almost all pages list closure information toward the bottom of the page.

That depends if you want to see the museums and zoo or not! The park itself is nice to walk around even when those attractions are closed, but if you do want to visit them consider going at another time and doing everything at once.
