Donan bus Noboribetsu JR stn-NoboribetsuOnsen

I would appreciate some information regarding the local Donan bus from Noboribetsu JR station to Noboribetsu Onsen. Can I travel in the bus with travelling luggage (not small carry on luggage)? Is there timetable written in English? I found their website but all written in Japanese.

Any information is greatly appreciation.

From what i see from the pictures here, http://noboribetsu.mnw.jp/2015/02/directions-by-noboribetsu-tourism.ht... it is not sufficient for large suitcases. It is a normal bus and not a coach.
