Ohara bus schedule

Where can I find bus schedule to Ohara?
Both bus 17 and 18 from Kyoto and bus 19 from Kokusaikaikan.

Also, is the Kyoto train schedule big? Is 13 minutes enough to switch train in case we go to Kokusaikaikan?

Our schedule is quite tight since we arrive at Kansai Airport at 3pm. Would like to arrive at the minshuku by dinner time.

Uncheck the "expected bus arrival time" box, as this cannot be used for Kyoto Bus buses, and the buses you are looking for are Kyoto Bus.

And for your question regarding transfer in Kyoto, since you will be arriving on conventional lines (presumably on the Haruka), 13 minutes should be more than sufficient to transfer. In particular, there will be no need to pass through ticket gates.

Ah, no, sorry, disregard my previous message because Kokusaikaikan is a Kyoto subway station not a JR station. So in particular, you will need to pass through ticket gates.

I have no experience of using the Kyoto subway, so I can't comment on the feasibility of the transfer in 13 minutes. However, trains from Kyoto to Kokusaikaikan are quite frequent, so you do not need to worry too much about connections.
