Your initial balance on the Icoca card is 1500 yen. You will have to recharge the card once you use more than 1500 yen.

In Kyoto, if you use the bus at least 3 times or more in a day, you can consider getting the Kyoto Bus 1-day pass that costs 500 yen.

In Osaka, if your transportation cost is more than 600 yen (weekend) or 800 yen (weekdays), you can also consider Osaka 1-day eco pass.

Thanks for your replies (Uji and Sillie).

I will plan my trip and think about the day pass. Useful information :)

For the round trip package, I have a question about returning back to airport from Kyobashi Station. If I want to take haruka Limited express, I need to get JR train first from Kyobashi Station to Tennoji Station, then take Haruka Limited Express to the airport.

* Do I need to pay for the JR train from Kyobashi Station to Tennoji Station??

Thank you all for my questions. Sorry that I have last question for help...We plan to have a day trip to visit deer in the Nara Park, then back to Osaka for dinner :)

Should I buy Osaka 1-day eco pass used from Sembayashi Station to Nara Park ?
