Hi, I understand Miyajima is organising its 2nd Miyajima Marathon on 3 April 2016. I'm not able to find the website to register for this event. Would appreciate your assistance to direct me to an English website or an email address I can write to (in English) to register for this event. Thank you.

I think you need some stronger Google. I found the site in English on the first link I saw. It's technically not a marathon since it's only 15km, not sure why they call it that.
