Shikoku Kochi Sea of Clouds

I will be visiting Shikoku (Kochi) this November. As I had seen pictures of Sea of Clouds in Kochi. May I know where is the best location to view and access by train. Thanks

It is likely to be seen in Yutorisuto Park Ootoyo.
About 20 minutes by car from JR Dosan Line Osugi Station.

It is about 20 minutes by taxi from the station, but taxis may not go and not ask.

Sea of clouds does not always seen. (Depending on weather conditions)

check the weather report and the tourist office to make sure there are clouds when you visit.

It is basically like being on a plane on top of the skies, clouds.
