Overnight stay yonago or izumoshi

I am going to onsen in yonago. How is the food there?
I am going to have soba on izumoshi and catching the night train in the evening.
Not sure where to overnight.

The food is generally very good along the Sea of Japan coast. Lots of wonderful, fresh seafood.
I am going to have soba on izumoshi and catching the night train in the evening. Not sure where to overnight.
I conclude that you will stay two days in the area. What else do you plan to see and do besides onsen in Yonago and soba eating in Izumo? It will have a big impact on where to spend the night.
On a general note: onsen are best enjoyed in combination with an overnight stay at a ryokan.
