Hokkiado in October of a week? 2016/1/10 17:38
Hi

We are planning possibly going to hokkiado in early October for 2 weeks.

I hear that there will be a new train route from tokyo to hokkiado from March, where I obtain more information about it.

Also is there enough to do in hokkiado for a week? We like photography landscapes, onsen and food.

Please can come one recommend us places to visit in October .

Thanks in advance.

It is spelled Hokkaido!

Certainly! There is enough in Hokkaido to spend more than one month.

We like photography landscapes, onsen and food.

The autumn colors are great in the higher elevations of Hokkaido in the first half of Hokkaido. Here is a good starting point for your research:

I recommend Daisetsuzan, Akan and Shiretoko in early October.
