KIX to Shin-Osaka

I'll be arriving Kansai Airport on the 5th March approx. 2225hrs. I have already made reservations beforehand at toyoko-inn which is located at Shin-Osaka.

What's the best way to get to Shin-Osaka late at night from the airport?
