JR Sapporo to Tiene Highlands and Kukusai?

In February 2016 we are staying 3 nights at Garden Palace Hotel Sapporo which is an 8 minute walk from JR Sapporo Station. We plan to do two day trips to ski Tiene Highlands and Kukusai. Can anybody tell me where we catch these buses from? Thanks

There are buses direct to Teine and Sapporo Kokusai from Sapporo area hotels, however your hotel is not listed among the scheduled stops. Instead you can depart from Sapporo Station, or from one of the other hotels nearby (like the Keio Plaza). Here's the access info:

Keep in mind that there are bus/lift ticket packages for Teine that may save you some money.
