Shinjuku to Hakone by Romancecar - luggage

Hi
My wife, son and myself intend to take the Odakyu Limited Express "Romancecar" to/from Shinjuku from/to Hakone-Yumoto in April. We will stay a night in Hakone.
We will have our luggage with us and trust this will be ok to take onboard?

There is enough legroom to put a luggage in front of you but you might be a little squeezed in.
