Retro bus timetable

Hello, I'm planning to visit illuminated waterfalls at Oishi Park on 31st of January at sunset and then, after 1 hour, going to Saiko Ice Festival in the evening by Retro bus. The problem is that Retro bus has limited timetable and after 17.00 I will not be able to find any. Is there a regular bus service between the two lakes? And until what time will it be operating in the evening please? If anybody knows the answer, please post it as soon as possible. Thank you so much!
