Haneda airport to Ainokura

Hi,
My plane will land at Haneda at 8.50am and i plan to go straight to Ainokura. I have JR Pass so bus will be out of option in this case.
Could u suggest which transportation i should take?
Is there any train/JR that we can take right from Haneda and straight to Takaoka, without having to change train somewhere in between...considering i will have to carry my luggage here and there.

1) Take the Monorail to Hamamatsucho
2) Take the Keihin-Tohoku or Yamanote Line to Tokyo
3) Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Shin-Takaoka
4) Take the bus to Ainokura

No. At least two transfers are required along the way.
