Planning a family trip the last half of October 2016. Will Tsukiji Market and the restaurants still be open for business?

Main market place will move to "Toyosu" early Nov.
Some wholesalers and restaurants will left Tsukuji.
But mid-late OCT most salers/restaurants will be super busy for moving to new place/re-open.

The current tours of Tsukiji Inner & Outer markets will finish at the end of September this year.
In mid Oct, there will be no chance to visit the (old) Inner market at Tsukiji but you can still visit the Outer market and all the restaurants, no problem.
