2016 Cherry Blossom Itinerary Suggestions

We're arriving to Sapporo on April 10 and heading to Nagoya on 13th, staying until the 22nd of April.

Planning to visit main sites in Tokyo, Kyoto, Mt. Fuji and where cherry blossom is

Can anyone suggest some itineraries that we could take to maximize our trip?

You know Sapporo is far away from those places, right?

Also, you might be too late for the best of the blossoms - average years put the sakura season at its best the week before you are travelling in Tokyo and Kyoto. Of course, it's too early to make accurate predictions, but I'd aim to visit somewhere where the average full bloom is around your dates.
