Try search Hyperdia it only have 14:00pm onwards train can anyone advice is there any train run in the morning ?

You must be doing something wrong. What exactly are you searching for on Hyperdia?

Start point Shinagawa and end point Katsuta with time given 7:30am onwards and give me only starting 14:00pm train (express)

Yes if it is Feb2016 but I input 08May2016 the result is totally different ?

As my plan to visit is on 8May2016

The train schedules will be revised at the end of March, so you may not see the results you desire.

Thanks much will do again after Mar so as I can finalised my plan.

Note that current hyperdia searches are valid through April 30th. If you search for dates after that you may end up with strange results. That said, the schedules rarely change during updates, so you can reasonably plan with today's schedules and then recheck closer to the date.

That sections trains timetable No BIG change as after 26 MAR.
(No announced in New timetable update news)
Maybe only dep/arr time will change some minutes moved.
(fare, total traveling time, operate numbers and are NOT.)

But...

Basically No direct trains (as dep/arr Shinagawa) btw late 6:00s and until late 9:00s still continued.
BC - Shinagawa - (Tokyo) - Ueno - is one of special section
especially in every "Morning rush" hours super busy cannot insert LtdExp together.
If insert together make another regular commuter trains will be stuck
and also illegal ride(as no Ltdexp ticket holder) increasing no good. (seeds of big troubles)
(LtdExp using only 2 doors each cars need for stopping long time)
(regular commuter train using 3or4 doors so getting out/in under 60 sec possible)

This is recent timetable(until 25 May) of JR Shinagawa Ueno-Tokyo line
for Mito,Katsuta and Iwaki as direct operating to JR Joban line of Weekend(SAT,SUN) and National Holidays.

All fat lines in RED arel LtdExp. (other colors are regular commuter train "Local" and "Rapid").

So in that time all LtdExp from/to Katsuta(more far) train
LtdExp "Hitachi" and "Tokiwa" will be fixed only dep/arr from/to Ueno.
(Ueno is different station layouts and ticket gate using against Shinagawa)
So You cannot take direct train to Katsuta from Shinagawa need transfering at Ueno
Ueno-Tokyo line[7] or [8] to Joban line platform of lower floor [16] or [17].
(bellow transfering vid is not [1] to [14] but same way as to lower floor)

Both LtdExp(dep Ueno) seat reservation possible at Shinagawa ticket office
and online in asvance as before entering Japan paying by credit card(not all brands).
