Fujisan Fujigoko Passport
This unlimited pass can use for Retro buses, Fujikko bus (around Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Saiko & Lake Yamanakako) and Fujikyu buses (roundtrip to Gotemba station / Gotemba premium outlet) ???

No, and I dont' think any of the Fujigoko area passes cover Gotemba as it is too far away in a totally different area. You may want to look in to the Fuji Hakone Pass if you are also visiting Hakone. It covers Gotemba but not the Fujigoko area. You could always get a day pass for the retro bus though to cover you there: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2358_014.html
